We are Anne and Daniel, we live in Switzerland and we decided to create these few pages on the web to share our feedback with Pedi, our local guide, who accompanied us during our trip to the island of Flores.

Why we can recommend Pedi’s services ? 

He is an independent local guide who speaks English and who can organize your trip from A to Z, tailor-made, at a really attractive price.    
 

  During our 11 days of visit with him, we particularly note :

• his driving: for us, this was an important point given the topology of the island of Flores, you have to know the roads which can be narrow, mountainous, sometimes of poor quality: we were able to count on his prudence and his talents driving. In addition, he had rented a recent and comfortable car for our trip.

• his humor: something that we really liked, he was able to put us at ease very quickly.

• sharing moments of life with the local poeple: a point that we particularly appreciated, he always managed to immerse us with the local population by acting as translator and allowing them as well as us to ask questions about our respective lives.

• his knowledge and experience: he has many years of experience as a guide, he is a native of the island and he shared a lot of information with us (cultural, political, geographical and geological and on the local fauna and flora).

• his kindness: he really listens to our expectations, anticipates our needs and ensures that everything goes well. He organizes the days according to our pace, without stress, and if we want to stay a little longer in a place we like, he manages to adapt the rest of the trip accordingly..

• he takes care of everything: it's so appreciable, we are taken care of and we can let ourselves be carried away and appreciate the discoveries, without worrying about the slightest organizational problem.

We would like to point out that this is not a commercial site, we do not receive any remuneration, it is just feedback, we are doing it for Pedi, with its agreement, and we hope that this will allow him to come into contact with new visitors.
